2. Data collected

We process the data you provide during checkout: email address, chosen payment method and (for crypto) the transaction ID. Server logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) are kept for security reasons for a maximum of 14 days.

3. Purpose & legal basis

Processing is carried out for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to comply with statutory retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

4. Disclosure

Your payment data is transmitted exclusively for the purpose of processing the purchase to the account-holding bank or to the blockchain. It is not passed on to third parties.

5. Storage period

Order data is kept for up to 10 years in accordance with commercial and tax law, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests to support@vice-keys.com.

7. Cookies

This site sets only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection, language preference). No tracking and no forwarding to analytics or advertising services.
