Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vice Keys — a Kinguin company, Dragonara Business Centre, 5th Floor, Dragonara Road, St. Julian's STJ 3141, Malta, email: support@vice-keys.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of performance.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
