§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through vice-keys.com between Vice Keys — a Kinguin company and the customer.

§2 Subject of the contract

The contract covers the delivery of a digital activation key for GTA 6 Ultimate Edition. The key is delivered by email to the address provided by the customer after payment is received.

§3 Price & payment

The purchase price is €60 including statutory VAT. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer or in Bitcoin. The key is dispatched after full payment is received.

§4 Delivery

After payment is received, the key is delivered electronically within minutes (crypto) or on the business day following receipt of payment (bank transfer).

§5 Right of withdrawal

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance has begun and the customer has expressly consented. See the withdrawal notice for details.

§6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. A non-functioning key will be replaced after review.

§7 Miscellaneous

The laws of the Republic of Malta apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is St. Julian's STJ 3141.
